These are the Tours Terms and Conditions of Bookings

The contract between the parties is made on the terms outlined herein.

	The rates quoted are per person (twin –sharing) and are inclusive of relevant taxes and service charge. Rates DO NOT INCLUDE gratuities to guide driver, meals (unless specified), occasional dinners, optional tours, drinks, laundry and any personal items.
	For single accommodation, the supplement has been indicated in red
	A minimum of 48 hours (02 days) is required to make arrangements
	Accommodation is subject to availability

	Full advance payment will be required prior to departure.
	Consumption of alcohol and smoking on the coach / car is strictly prohibited
	A guide will be provided for the mini coach and large coach tours
	Any incidental expenses will need to be settled directly at the hotel / resort
	COLLECTION TIMINGS AND DATE OF DEPARTURE – these are subject to change or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur. Please reconfirm at time of booking.
	Cancellation – 72 hours notification must be given prior to date of departure. 25% will be retained as a non-refundable deposit
	ACCIDENT OR LOSS – We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the vehicles and have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof. We are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that you are not on board the vehicle or in the properties booked.
	GENERAL CONDITIONS – We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability. We reserve the right to cancel any tours due to a lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand.
